Estimated Delivery
1–2 days
Orders are completed in the order received. Times may vary during peak weeks.
Payment 💰
All payments must be paid before arrival or when I arrive. If payment isn't sent, I won't continue the process until the payment gets sent.
Distance Fee 📍
Depending on location/radius:
- If I have to come to you, a deposit of half the price is required before I come.
- Starting price is $10.
Refunds 🚫
Once payment is sent, everything is locked in.
After pictures/videos are sent out, a refund is not accepted.
Turnaround Time ⏱️
Please don't rush — there's a chance people booked before you, so everything goes in order.
Late Arrival ⏰
If you're more than 20 minutes late, an extra $15 late fee is added to your total.
Anything past 20 minutes is TBD — may be rescheduled or cancelled depending on the day's schedule.
Cancellations ❌
If you cancel after I'm already at the location or on the way, there's no refund.
If you're less than 20 miles away when you cancel, you'll receive a half refund.
Next Day Fee ⚡
Next-day delivery starts at $10–$25, depending on the amount of photos.
